Equity investment by Venture Center, Pune under the scheme "Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development Fund" ("SEED Fund") of the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC)

The SEED Fund is meant to provide capital assistance to startups with new and meritorious ideas, innovations and technologies. The proposed seed support is positioned to act as a bridge between promoters' investment and Venture/Angel investment.

Under this program, Pragmatech received an investment of Rs. 30 Lakhs (INR 3 Million) in Sept’2020 for taking ahead the development and regulatory approvals of the CERVICHECK Self-Sampling Kit

DST-NIDHI’s PRomoting and Accelerating Young and ASpiring technology entrepreneurs (PRAYAS) is designed to support young innovators turn their ideas into PoC. Pragmatech was awarded Rs. 8 Lakhs (INR 800K) under this grant by Venture Studio, Ahmedabad in March 2021 to establish the Proof of concept for the CERVICHECK Screening Kit.

Under its Corporate Social Responsibility activities, Indus Biotech Pvt. Ltd. has provided Pragmatech, grant support of Rs. 4 Lakhs (INR 400K) in September 2021 to establish the Proof of concept for the CERVICHECK Screening Kit.

The HDFC Smart up Grant is aimed to nurture start-ups offering unique solutions to harbinger sustainable change in society and the environment. A grant of Rs. 20 Lakhs (INR 2 Million) has been offered under the aegis of #Parivartan, the umbrella program for the bank’s social initiatives to Pragmatech in March 2022 for validation studies of the CERVICHECK workflow solution.

Biotechnology Ignition Grant (BIG) is BIRAC’s Flagship program and the largest early-stage biotech funding scheme in India. Under this program Pragmatech has received a grant of Rs. 50 Lakhs (INR 5 Million) to develop the prototype of the CERVICHECK Screening kit, in April 2022 - under the grant's 19th call.

The Pfizer INDovation Program through Social Alpha is helping accelerate the journey of Pragmatech’s innovations into the market through customised support that includes fostering relevant cross-industry collaborations and a grant support of Rs. 65 Lakhs (INR 6.5 Million) for product validation, pilot testing and market access.
